A guy from the cable company just came to my house and said he was from the fraud unit/invest unit of the cable company. He ask me if i wanted to handle this the civil way or the criminal way. He told me that i was committing fraud and possible identity theft because i own them money on two pass bills, and on one of the bills i used my fiances last name instead of my own. And i am currently using a family members name, with there permission to have cable. He threaten to call the cops and press charges if i didnt give him money owned or some of the money with arrangments to pay the rest.

I would make arrangements and cancel that cable. It doesn't sound like you can afford it.
