Please someone answer

What is the name of your state? Florida

I got a summons and a stipulation for entry of final judgment witheld attached. i have been trying to contact the law firm but due to the hurricane I guess their phones are down. It just rings busy. What is this anyways. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Thanks for the answer
