Praecipe to Enter Judgement by Default

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
What is a "Notice of Praecipe to Enter Judgement by Default? I received this in the mail despite trying to reach this attorney's office and set up payment arrangements ona past due bill. What can they do to me?
