Question

Praecipe for Satisfaction of Judgement???

What is the name of your state? PA

I received a letter today from a Law Office filed with the county courthouse,

Contents:
Enclosed you will find a Praecipe for Apperance and a Praecipe for Satisfaction of Judgement to be filed in the above matter.

Contents of Praecipe for Satisfaction of Judgement:
Please satisfy the Judgement at the above action of record. Thank you

XXX - Law Offices...


OK, Now what does all this mean? I tried to look up info but could not find anything. The company in question was paid in full years ago, and I have proof the debt was paid...is this related to this debt?

They want to schedule a hearing for some reason. Don't ignore this and go to court.
