Premarital debt?

What is the name of your state? Washington

Am I responsible for debt incurred by my husband? This debt was incurred well before we were married and the date of last payment was prior to our marriage (a couple of years).

Under those circumstances, NO you are NOT liable for your husband's pre-marital debts.
