Hi!! I don't know if my previous post was deleted. However, I am reposting because I am extremely happy with the outcome at court today. As I've stated previously, I went to court and settled with the attorney provided by the collection agency and we made a reasonable agreement. My levy was lifted and in 24 hours, I will have access to what was initially in the account.. $1,000 worth of interest was taken off. The judgment was ordered to be erased from my credit report. All I have to do is be consistent with the payments of $100 monthly. Sorry to disappoint Debtcollector, Zinger and whomever else swore up and down that I would not be able to obtain justice. I guess I proved you wrong. If my post was deleted on purpose, I think it is unfair because I am simply expressing my victory. Hey!!! What can I say.

A good rule of thumb is: the more childish the claim of "victory" is, the more likely it is that they're lying. This OP might as well be sticking out her tongue and saying "So there."

I saw it only in a glimpse as it had already been removed. It was simply GLOATING. but basically the same.

Oh, hell, now this one's gone TOOOOOOO???? what is up with that??? Ziggy go to the post on the forum and pass your mouse over it without clicking, you should be able to see at least most of it.
