Question

I had a charge off from MBNA in 1999 and it dropped off my credit report Jan 06. I just pulled my reports today and it is showing a new entry from a company called Pinancle Credit Services, with a date of DEC 05. I believe this is in relation to the MBNA account. I have not been contacted by this company, but can they put this back on my credit report?
