Question about garnishment

What is the name of your state? GA I am wondering about wage garnishment. If after a car repo the creditor gets a judment and is going to garnish, can they garnish both you and your spouse at the same time if you're both on the loan? Also what is the definition of "disposable" income in this matter. It's my understanding the first $154 or so is untouchable & then 25% of the disposable is what they can get. And since we're both on the loan and if they can't do us both, does that mean they'll go after the bigger check? I'm running out of options and need to know what this will be if things go this route.
