qwest dex advertising -? on judgement

What is the name of your state?co

Hi, I have a couple questions. I am filing chapter 13 within 2 weeks.
I have a court date fri 6/17/05 from advertising in district court for 23,000.
If they get a judgement on friday-can they attach my bank account immediately or is there a time period that I would be safe by filing my bankruptcy. Also
they do not have a signed contract from the year in question that they are suing me on. Do I stand a chance to try and fight it. Thanks for any help
