R-Ranch Default Judgement.. recourse?

What is the name of your state?CA

Got suckered into paying assessments 4-5 years ago after they lowered their claim. However, shortly after they again billed me for all money since '92 So I stopped payments [3-4].

Seen others that got taken to court by Mr. Fine for 34 years of debt. Didn't know about the SOL until I saw it here. Have just had a DJ [Nov. 12th] as I couldn't get to court [5 hr ddrive] due to health problems. Didn't know it was possible to use the phone [to be there ??] until I saw it here today.

What's left for me to do other then bankruptcy? Live on Social Security and SSI [disabled].

What ticks me off is they said they would help to resell the share but never did because they had still 300+ they wanted to get rid off. With the actual $ owed for the deed and ass. dues separate it's a catch 22.

They wont forclose or take the deed back [offered it with no strings] as they would then have to pay the dues. Found that out to late too. So the dues keep going with no way out.

Paid 6K and about $8.5k over the years ['til '00?] but only part of '92 dues due to being unable to scrounge it together. Never was allowed on the property since '92 either.

Oh, tried selling it too for first 5 years. Nothing. Even if someone would have been interested the R-Ranch would have offered a "cheaper share". $15K share has been sold by owner now since '01-'02 officially to seniors for ONLY $5,000. How can I compete when shares are being hawked for a third, undermining any attempts??

Class action suit maybe??? It just sucks.
