re- aging of old accountWhat is the name of your state? California Unifund collection agency has " NO LAST PAYMENT" DATE or PAST DUE on my credit report. Also it says my account was opened in 2006 and that is false. I opened this account in 2002 if im not mistaken also my last payment too them was well over 3 years ago. Are they trying to say i just recently defaulted on the account? Because if this is so it is a lie. how do i prove to them when i opened and defaulted on my last payment? It's been a while and I have no canceled checks that old around??? All I know is that this account was opened in 2003 and defaulted around 2005. |

| Actually, it isn't re-aging -- It is when the CA got the account. The CBRs changed how they list collections a while back. It creates massive confusion and a dearth of complaints. DC
