Received Court Summons For Civil Suit

What is the name of your state? Georgia

I need some help and advice on what I should do.

I received a Civil Lawsuit for me to appear in court for a CitiBank account that is around $8200 that includes all the court and attorney fees plus the account balance

I am thinking about filing for bankruptcy and have been for sometime. I have some other cards that are past due as well

Thank you for any advice

Go to a bankruptcy lawyer and discuss your options.
