Recommendation for a Debt Collector

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I am in need of a debt collector! There is an outstanding debt from someone who bought something from me and I want to collect my money. Any idea how to find a debt collector?

Thanks in advance

How much money are you talking about? A collection agency will want some cash up front then a percentage of what is collected. You can be held liable for other expenses such as attorney and court fees if the collection agency has to sue to collect. An attorney that deals in debt collection will charge an hourly rate to collect the debt plus a percentage. Unless your talking 5 figures or higher, don't expect many collection agencies or debt collectors to help you.
