remove accounts from a collection agencyWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia We own small business and have sent accounts to a collection agency. They have not been very sufficent at handing the collections. They are not cooperating with anything I ask. We have had no payment in over 9 months. Is it possible to retrieve the accounts back from the collection agency? What steps should I take? Thanks |

| Tell them you aren't happy with their results and ask for the accounts to be returned. DC
