reopen my bankruptcy

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
I filed bankruptcy and it has been discharged as of Oct. of 2004. I never signed papers to reafirm my truck loan. Now I find I am having a hard time keeping up with my payments on the loan. Can I reopen my bankruptcy and add my truck to it?

**A: the BK is a done deal. Sell the truck. it would have made no difference even if you did sign the reaffirmation agreement since you are currently in default anyway.

Wait. Wasn't your truck listed in the bankruptcy? Or, are you saying you listed it but didn't reaffirm??
