What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

I have a car that was sold to a friend under contract, stating:

The title will remain in my name until car has been paid in full.

And that if the buying party doesn't make a payment or give notice in a 30 day period, the car will be returned.

Now at this point, the car is very behind on payments (Read VERY behind, buying party makes half of agreed upon payments if any at all) and today Nov 3rd marks a 30 day period between payments.

I am wondering what the laws are against taking the vehicle back into my own possession. I have keys to the car, and hold the title.
