Repossessions

I work for a dealership in California. We sometimes finance a vehicle at our location, and of course the customer does not pay the monthly payment. Now we have been tiring to repossess a vehicle but the customer has been hiding the vehicle and will not give it back to us. I did some research and saw that there is a way of being able to obtain a court order demanding that the customer gives back the vehicle. Is there a way for me to obtain a court order like that or does one even exists?
