I took up the notes from my uncle on a truck. The banker kept the note in my uncle's name only and put the title in my name only. The bank still has the title until the note is paid off. I lost my job and told my uncle that i was going to be late with my note this month (7days late). He got mad and came and repossed the truck today and went and paid the note. Can he do that when it was only 5 days behind?

if the title was in your name, your uncle just stole your car. I would contact the local police.
