returned checkWhat is the name of your state? TN I have a returned check at a check cashing company. I paid $125.00 on this and have a balance of $125.00. I received a phone call the other day that if I didn't pay remainder in 10 days, I would be taken to court. Isn't it true that once something is paid on a returned check then it can't be taken to court? I did offer to continue making $50. payments. Was told NO. |
