Hi:

I'm still trying to get an answer for my last question of whether a consumer has rights against an in-house collection department of an original money lender (payday loan) for harassing telephone calls and threats to call ailing mother if I don't make contact every other day detailing my efforts to borrow money to pay off balance of loan that has already been paid down 50%. I made what I thought was a reasonable offer to pay half upon receipt of next SSI check and balance following month.
