Safety Deposit Box

What is the name of your state?Wi

I lost a default judgement against me, and have been served Citation to Discover Assets but all were in illinois. I live in Wisconsin when all the above mentioned happened. Can they have access to a joint bank account and safety deposit box????

You bet they can. If your name is on the accounts and SD box, they CAN get their hands on it.
