What is the name of your state? South Carolina

I am curious - I have a client (I'm a judgment recovery specialist) who has a claim against a partnership and the two individuals from the partnership. They both are pretty "smart" and have no property in their names (it's all in their wives names) that I can find, but they both have real estate licenses. Can I seize their license so they can not practice real estate until they pay this judgment. I wouldn't normally be so harsh, but my client is a CHURCH! Thanks for any help - I normally don't have issues like this, but this has been a unique situation!

Thank you! I will see what I can do. Unfortunately, the judgment expires at the end of this month, so I want to do what I can ASAP! I'll give JetX a holler and see if he has any suggestions.
