Should I look for a lawyer or a collector for getting my money back? What is the name of your state? California My customer in California owes me $50K for commercial sales. All the invoices are overdued. He paid me little by little, but still have $50k left. It's almost one year in next month. He doesn't know how and when to pay me out. Should I find a collector or lawyer to collect the money? There are so many collection lawyers, but which one is powerful and efficient. Could anyone give me some suggestion and referral? Thanks a lot. |

| Why don’t you send a PM (private message – see the drop-down menu in “forum jump”) with some details on where you are in CA and the basis of the obligation (goods, services or what exactly) and I’ll see if I can suggest some resources. (Congratulations DC – happy to see that one has finally been “stuck”. Think there should be more, but this is a boon. Mary said that she had made some suggestions and then would. Thanks for the effort.) |

| Hello Chien, Thanks for your reply. I don't know how to send you a PM. I've enabled my PM already. I will appreciate if you can let me know your phone number via PM so that I will call you and let you know the details. Thanks again. |
