should i take my chances in court?

What is the name of your state? indiana
i was wondering should i take my chances in court w/creditor and agree to make affordable pmts at the hearing... the pmts the creditor wants per month are too steep. can judgement be awarded against me at the hearing automatically? any response to this would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks.

From the limited information your post I can say the following:

If you go to court, you will lose.
The creditor will be awarded not only the bill you currently owe, but also attorney's fees and a hefty interest rate.

That judgement will be levied against your bank account, real estate and anything they can get.

Work out a payment plan.
