Sketchy subscription company

A subscription company, Cascade, started calling me saying that I had an order for magazines. Then they proceeded to badger me for payment over the phone. I asked them to provide me with an invoice, which they did but it was conveniently past the dispute period of thirty days on the invoice.I asked if they had sent to me before and they claimed that they had but I never received anything. Can I still dispute?
