What is the name of your state? South carolina

what is the SOL in this state for cc debt? also, what is the sol for medical bills and vehicles? everyone is asking me at work, I have NO idea.

SOL in SC is 3 years for cc and written contracts. That includes auto repo's.

If you have a lot of people coming to you for legal advice, you might want to be extremely careful that you don't cross the line into unlicensed practice of law.
