Spousal funds Seized?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada
I currently joined a Debt Relief program where my credit card debt is being cut by 40-50% through creditor negotiations. My husband and I have separate bank accounts and my husband has no financial obligation to the creditors I am in negotiation with. I am not listed on any of his accounts and he is not listed on my bank accounts. Would our bank be able to seize his funds since I am his wife and I am enrolled in this Debt Relief program? Nevada is a Community Property state so I'm not sure how this is handled.
