What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
California.

I have a judgement against me (from a legal bill). This debt was incurred after we were married. My wife and I have allways had seperate accounts. How can I protect her? She had some assets (IRA ec.)before we were married and I don't want them to come after her, or her job. What can I do? If I do a BK, will this judgement be included?

CA is a community property state. However, if the debt was incurred (maybe even defaulted on) before marriage, she should be fine. A BK will make this judgment go away (unless for something like federal student loans).
