Is stamped signature by a lawyer okay?I read somewhere that lawyers with a colection department sometimes don't even know about court cases being filed...and bsuch fiing might be invalid. Well I got complaint/summons..THEN noticed the signature is stamped. Do I have recourse? |

| Probably not. While there are far too many shady lawyers filing wrongful suits, just because a stamp was used doesn't mean its not valid.
