Question

Which State's SOL Applies in Judgement - Please

What is the name of your state?MN
Being sued in MN by lawyer in ND for plaintiff in VA from CC dept issued by Nevada bank. So who's SOL applies to the debt?

I'm not an attorney, but I believe the laws of the state in which the suit is actually going before the judge is going to have to apply. How could it be any other way? That judge only has jurisdiction with the laws of his/her own state.
