Question
Here we are again, over 30 days later.

On Sept 24th, we sent a DV letter with a request for a return receipt. We still haven't heard from the CA. Should we send a cease and desist letter? If so, where might I find one? I have the copy of the return receipt and the original DV letter, we just want to know what to do next.
