| If you mean can student loans funds (yet to be distributed) be taken to pay on a judgment, the answer is no. But if the funds are in a bank account then they become fair game and can be attached.

| By attachable I mean that they can take with a judgement. For example SSI benifits are "non-attachable" |

| If it's paid directly to the school, they will probably not be able to get it.
