Summons

What is the name of your state?OK

I now have approx 8000.00 in debt to a credit card company. They called today stating they are going to serve a summons to me at work and take me to court. I have been make small payments and only 60 days behind. Once I fell behind they increased my interest to 29% and now the charges are racking up. I am considering filing bankruptcy. Can they freeze my checking account? Garnish my wages?
