Summons

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
I received a Summons over the weekend for a credit card. I want to answer back. I know the form is PLD-C-010. I'm not sure I really understand on how to fill it out. Can someone help me with this? I can't afford an Attorney right now. Should I admit to the claim or not? Help.
Thanks.

no, do not admit to the claim. dispute and all accusations. most likely you dont actually owe the whole debt due to interest, late payments and such being tacked on.

MAKE 100% SURE you reply BY THE DUE date, not one split second later!
or the plantiff automatically wins against you.

Ok. What boxes do I fill out? How do I fill out the form and contest it?
