summons

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california.
i have been served a summons for a debt. i called the collection agency and explained my situation and they were not willing to work with me. i am unemployed until march of 2010. should i go to the hearing and talk to the judge?

Knock yourself out. Nothing in your post suggests you don't owe the debt. You are extremely likely to still have a judgment entered against you. The only defense is to prove you don't owe the debt.

everything past you dont owe the debt, seems to be all about you talking to much.

everything below the line is the signature -- something that shows up on every post they make -- lots of people use them in forums -- they don't relate directly to the response to your question
