THANKS TO ALL-Debt Collection

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Ladynred, zippysgoddess, debtguy, all that helped. You guys are awesome here. Per your advise, I sent Wachovia in N.C. the letter stating UCC not followed, SOL invalid, and so on. Disputed with all three CRA's. This morning I check the Experian report and cannot find Wachovia. Called Experian and they state that it is in the process of being DELETED!!, and the others should follow suit and will send the results via mail. I just wanted to say THANKS for your great advise. You guys/gals are the best!!!!
