Time Frame on Judgements

NC - If you owe a Credit card company and can not pay them, what is the usual time frame for them to go to court and get a Judgement against you? Right now I am still getting the calls about working out a payment plan with them, but they keep coming back with figures I can not handle on my Social Security check. Thanks for all your help. Much appreciated.

There is no "usual". If your only income is SS, they may not even bother trying to go to court. There are many factors that go into deciding whether to sue and each situation is different.
