Time Limit

What is the name of your state?Maine

Is their a minimum amount of time a company must wait before sending your account to a collection agency? I recieved a bill around the beginning of the month and now I am receiving letters saying that if I do not pay within the next seven days, they will send my A/C to a collection agency.

Nope, no minumum time. As soon as your account goes delinquent they can sic the collection dogs on you.
