Trial soon

What is the name of your state? New Jersey

Have trial upcoming for credit card debt ... plaintiff does not have signed agreement opening account ... plaintiff has a "stream of data" from original creditor ... last charge 12/2001, last payment 11/2004 ... what are chances in court and why? ...thanks

Slim to none.
Plaintiff does have almost unlimited financial resources. You do not.
Plaintiff does have actual attorney in courtroom. You do not.

I'd bet against you.
