truck

What is the name of your state?Texas
my father bought a truck and he returned it the y the collections people keep calling and harass him often
is he still liable for the truck even after they have auctioned
the truck does he owe them? what are his options? help?

When a vehicle is repo'ed, they auction it off. If your dad owed $10,000 and they only sold it for $8,000, then your dad would still owe $2,000.
