Hello everyone! Im new on this site but im looking for advice on how to proceed. I was given a judgement on a corporation about a year ago in Califorina. The judgement lists the corporation and the registered agent. I havent been able to contact the agent. Neither they say he is in China or not available. I have left a few messages on his voicemail but gotten no return calls. I dont want to keep appearing in court so would it be advisable to jus file a writ of execution and have the sheriff do a till tap? Or should I contact the entity itself and try to collect from them?
