Unauthorized Access

I am from Calgary, AB Canada. I am seeking advice as to how to go about suing Cash Money for taking the amount I owed, which I paid in full, in person earlier that day. I was assured that they(Cash Money) would not make this transaction. I now owe my bank money that I can't afford. I need to live. People need food to survive. Cash Money took the amount already paid but then put it back, but my bank charged me a fee and I can't pay that and still live. So I am looking for this to either be restored or I want to sue. Can anyone help me with finding a lawyer who will represent me and my case? Thanks to all who respond!
