I live in Wyoming. I assume that shortly I will be receiving a judgement against me for the repayment of unentitled unemployment insurance benefits. If a judgement is filled can my current wages be garnished? Do I have any other options, short of full payment all at once? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Have you tried speaking to your locoal unemployment office? I don't think they even need a judgement to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.
