What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia,.
A Sheriff brought a summons to my house from a collection agency. I had 30 days to respond I did not. I have no job or money. Will I there be a warrent issued for me and will I be arrested?

No, being in debt is not a crime. However, a judgement will be issued against you and your wages could be garnished, bank accounts frozen, and leins may be placed on your property.
