| You're in a tough spot. You can't borrow the filing fees from one of those family members ? The filing fees can't be that much money. Anyway, if you don't file your answer, they're going to win by default..but you have little defense anyway, so even if you did answer, you'd still wind up with a judgment against you for the deficiency.
You can try calling the attorneys and explain your situation, they might work out a deal, but then again, they may not do anything if you don't give them any money right away. Since you apparently have no assets, no wages, and no money, there's nothing they can take from you - until you do get a job, THEN you can try to negotiate.
