voluntarily surrendered a truck within 30day purchase

What is the name of your state?Texas
I bought a new truck and voluntarily returned it withnin 30 days of purchase to the dealership, because I felt that I could not make payments on this vehicle. Throughout the day and night I was just worried about this problem. The truck was auctioned off and now I am being harrassed that I still need to pay the difference. I can not afford this. What can happen if I ignore these calls and letters. I change the deed to my house to my kids name because I was afraid that they could take my home away. I don't have any bank accounts. This problem is tormenting me inside. What is the worst that will happen to me? Please give me some advice.

You will be sued for the difference and a judgment will be entered against you. The judgment creditor can then go after your assets, including those you have tried to hide.

Word to the wise: Get this settled now. Now (today) is the cheapest this bill will ever be.

**A: why didn't you keep the truck and sell it yourself?

Being asked to pay your bills is not harassment....

Being a new truck, they probably owed quite a bit more than it was worth... especially since they never even made a payment. That's an expensive one month rental!!
