Wage Garnishment

What is the name of your state? Florida

I am an independent contractor. A creditor from a car that was reposessed a few years back is trying to garnish my wages. Can they garnish wages of an independent contractor in the state of florida?

You don't have wages. Therefore the entire amount is attachable.
