wage garnishment in California

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I am garnishing the wages of a judgment debtor. The garnishment is for a fixed amount, which is less than the statutory percentage. The judgment debtor has recently been promoted and now earns approximately 24% more than she did when the garnishment went into effect.

How can I get the fixed amount increased to reflect her new, higher rate of pay?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
