| Are you talking about a tax return? Or the garnishment? All frauds provide for some kind of penalty, usually criminal (with civil settlements possible). Maybe if you give more info? Is this a fraud you committed? Or is it a fraud you believe someone else committed? |

Employer returnThe employer filed a fraudulent employer return in response to an earnings withholding order. I am wondering a whether a copy of this fraudulent return was sent to the court when the judgment debtor filed a claim for exemption. The court inexplicably granted a partial exemption to a judgment debtor who is single, has no dependents and whose income is way over the statutorily exempt amount. Could the partial exemption be a result of the fraudulent employer return? Obviously, it could not be if this document does not get sent to the court with the claim for exemption. I checked the court file, but some of the information in the file is sealed. |

| Employer returns are not sent to the court, they are sent to the levying officer.
