What to do when lawyers seems not to listenWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California. I have filed a bankrupcy for the same matter a second time. The reason I explained to my lawyer when I filed the first time and this last time. I was very clear to him and I am concerned that my case will be dismissed once again. I went to a lawyer for help on a matter that I felt they would be better to handle. Now I do not know who to ask for help, and can not afford to dig a deeper hole for myself. |

| I have no idea what you're talking about, but the usual way to make sure a person has legally listened is to send a certified letter with return receipt requested.
